The Bridgnorth NHS Trust Hospital is a refurbished community hospital delivering various procedures to local Bridgnorth and south east Shropshire communities. This hospital provides services for patients aged 18 or over. At Bridgnorth hospital, an Adult Diagnosis Assessment and Rehabilitation service is available: this Shropshire Hospital includes care for patients transferred from an acute hospital. These treatments are mainly intended for people who have sustained a minor injury requiring minor day surgery or diagnosis.

The Bridgnorth Hospital is very much focused on patient safety and wellbeing. To improve patient comfort, a range of facilities are available for both patients and visitors.
A foyer area has been opened in inpatient wards for the use of visitors. A maximum of two visitors per bed are allowed.
There is free visitor parking, including disabled parking spaces. Catering is done by hospital staff and special dietary needs or requests, as well as snacks and drinks, are catered for. Moreover, the inpatient ward is separated in male- and female-only sections for more privacy and dignity.
